10.0Die perfekte Lage für 2 Tage in Matera. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück hervorragend. Hinweis: Man sollte einen Shuttel zum Hotel buchen, da es dort keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt und zu Fuß mit Koffern von einem Parkplatz dorthin zu gehen ist keine gute Idee.

10.0Our suite was spectacular. It was one of the ones featured in pictures on Booking and was exceptional. It was the one on the main level right behind the check-in desk behind the restaurant area (so also no need to carry bags anywhere). Very stylish decor; very modern, upscale and ancient at the same time. Spotless, comfortable luxury. Great breakfast. Our host Valeria was very nice and helpful. The town is fascinating.

Sehr schlechtes Preis Leistungs System
5.0Großes Zimmer in schönem Stil. Sehr nette und kompetente Begrüßung von einem Mann, der uns wertvolle Tipps für die Tage in der Matera gab.
− Leider wurde es an 3 Tagen nicht geputzt und wir bekamen keine frischen Handtücher. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, über den Whats App Kontakt bekamen wir keine Antwort. Das Frühstück war Katastrophe. Erst einmal wurden die Plätze auf der Terrasse freigehalten für eine Familie mit 2 Teenager Jungs und wir mit Kleinkind wurden dorthin gesetzt, wo der Boden abfällig war. Es gab kein Kinderstuhl und man hat uns Kissen gegeben. Schon nach ein paar Minuten ist unser Kind vom Stuhl gefallen, was fast absehbar war. Es ist nichts passiert. Wir bekamen Joghurt mit Früchten, das war okay. Die Eier (sie hatte nurnoch 2, waren verdorben.) Auf Nachfrage ob wir für den Kleinen eine Banane bekämen, wurde uns ein Stummel angeboten, auch hier hieß es sie hätten keine mehr. Es gab aber noch Focaccia, was komplett!! schwarz an der Unterseite verbrannt war. Außerdem war die Frau etwas genervt und komplett überfordert mit der Zubereitung unserer beiden Frühstücke. Am zweiten Morgen entschieden wir uns woanders zu frühstücken. Wenn man die äußeren Türen offen ließ, damit man wenigstens etwas Licht ins Zimmer bekommen hat, konnte man nicht abschließen, was nachts etwas unangenehm war, da der Eingang zum Zimmer separat von außen zugänglich war.
