2.0This was such a scam. We booked this for our night arriving from the airport late. We booked at 6pm and the reception is said to be open until 10pm. We tried to call, email, fax and message but no one responded so we never received our information to get to the room!!! They refused to reimburse us to top it up, despite their unavailability to provide us with the information to get to the room. Absolutely outrageous, terrible experience
