Don’t book. They ignore when you contact about broken things.
1.0DO NOT BOOK. Hairdryer broken, shower was a trickle, air con didn’t get cold enough, fridge in a wardrobe which got dangerously hot and plugs and switches didn’t work. We tried to contact the number given ont be first day of our 5 day trip and were ignored. On check out we were told our complaint would be dealt with. They have just ignored us. Awful service.

8.0La camera era spaziosa e accogliente. Gentilissimo anche l’addetto alle pulizie.
− All’arrivo abbiamo aspettato almeno 15 minuti all’ingresso della struttura prima di fare il check-in (e faceva molto caldo in scalinata all’ultimo o penultimo piano: mi aspettavo delle scuse o comunque un avviso preventivo per il ritardo). In camera inoltre mancava un set di asciugamani: ce n’era solo uno per me, ma mancava quello per il mio amico (o viceversa). Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare, il contatto era scocciato e ce li ha fatti portare dopo le docce. Quindi, abbiamo diviso l’unico set che avevamo. Migliorare l’accoglienza.

8.0Struttura accogliente, comoda, c'era un piccolo frigo bar comodissimo con 2 bottigliette d' acqua, 2 capsule di caffè al GG , un bollitore, e c'era il servizio di pulizia giornaliero, posizione comoda a 2 passi da San Pietro
