9.0Good location, friendly owners, excellent breakfast, comfortable.
− En suite bathroom slightly cramped, but not a major issue. Car parking a little tight, but it is a very central location. Access front or back required many steps, so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Fine for us.

10.0Everything about The Grove is first class.Nice comfy bed.A Lovely breakfast & it's proximity to the town centre.There are a few steps at the rear & front of the property.So,may not be very good for non able bodied people.Just cannot fault the Grove at all.

Directions: on Prospect Hill, before descending the hill, turn right into Meadowfields, second left into Pannett Way follow road down the hill then turn left again at the bottom of the hill, and the car park is on the right at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
