− Well, most facilities are on the other hotel which is nearby, but I didn't really get to use any of them

− 自分のものを使ったのであまり気にならないが、ドライヤーが古いと思う。ベッドサイドの照明？点け方が分からなかった。

− 照明が壊れていて使えなった（チェック不足） 宿泊者は色々な方がいるので多方面への対応が可能であってほしかった （例 足の具合が悪いのですが段差の対応がない。ベッドが使いにくかった）
