8.0Very nice hotel lakeside in Langenargen. Poor check in because I was given a room that was occupied by another guest. At check in I was not given wifi access account and wifi password. The front desk is unstaffed starting at 10 pm.
Un bel hotel bien décevant
4.0Nous avons payé 30euro de plus que ce qui était annoncé sur la facture Hotel.com. Hotel.com indiquait le petit déjeuné en supplément et personne ne nous a dit à la réception que le petit déjeuné est inclus dans le prix. Nous l'avons découvert sur la facture. Nous avons eu une vue sur un toit terrasse horrible avec l'escalier de secourt devant la fenêtre. Le matelas est mou et nous nous sommes réveillé avec un mal de dos. Le sauna "sans textile" est visible depuis la cage d'escalier. La climatisation fait énormément de bruit dans la chambre. Donc un bel hotel sur le lac dans lequel nous ne retournerons absolument jamais.

10.0This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Breakfast with the view was a major highlight, but the wellness area was amazing. The view of the lake from the sauna was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable.
