10.0I recently stayed at a villa in Drax Hall Country Club near Ocho Rios, and overall, I had a very comfortable experience. The home was clean, well-furnished, and most importantly, had running hot water—something that made it feel just like being back in my house in New York City. The area was quiet and secure, although the walk to the main road was a bit long, so I was glad to have transportation. I chose to stay here instead of my usual family home in St. Ann’s Bay due to asthma concerns, and it definitely helped. My only small complaints were the lack of mesh on the jalousie windows. As well, the contact between the security at the gate was lacking, I know it is a security issue but I notified the host about who was transporting me to the villa, provided their names & it was a bit chaotic getting in contact with the security because they weren't allow my driver to pick me up on my leaving the villa to go back to above St Ann's Bay, because the numbers to contact security they weren't answer the phone numbers. I wished I did get a chance to use the pool or beach but didn't due to my timing of things I had to do, but otherwise, it was a great stay & I would stay there, or another villa in the country club or the manor.

6.0The AC is not working there is only two beds, not three beds that was stated by the host!!! She had another guest at the house at 11am on us which is very unprofessional I rate it a 5 out of 10

8.0We liked that the property had a barbeque grill and smart TVs in each room. Also the neighbourhood was quiet (at the time). Only "downside" would be the one bathroom which had to be shared by six persons. In viewing online we actually thought the property had two bathrooms. Nonetheless an overall good experience and we would return (probably with less persons given the one bathroom). Great communication by the owner.
