2.0Stayed two nights with my baby and kids the hotel was extremely dirty. Every single space was dirty as if the room had never been cleaned. Layers of dirt all over the room. I got my friend a room and she had the same problem. We both had trash under our beds you could tell that the bottom of our beds had never been cleaned. The pictures online look nice but that’s not how the hotel looks it’s super old and dirty. We paid a lot of money and it wasn’t even worth it. They charge for everything. My friend requested a small bed for her baby and they gave her a mat and she also requested two pillows. We had to pay extra for bed and each pillow. I also wanted two extra towels and had to pay money for them I would not book here ever again. Not a safe place if you have kids.

10.0Love close to downtown and hot water. Bad thing this time I seen bugs in the room.
Not wheelchair friendly
8.0I called the property to make sure they are wheelchair friendly. They said yes since they have elevator but they didn't mention that there comfort room (CR) was on another level of the room. Hence, it was difficult for our elderly who needed to use the many times the CR.
