9.0Loved that it was dog friendly and how convenient it was to Gustards Bistro. It was roomy and perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

8.0The location was close proximity to the Greenbrier Resort.
− The heat didn't work. I was offered an apartment upstairs, but I wasn't feeling good and just dealt with it. 1 suggestion, make sure all utilities are working before customers arrive.
The location and the little "apartment" we were in was perfect for our family!
10.0The location was right in the middle of town and only a few minutes down the road from the event we came into town for. It is definitely a much more affordable stay if you're in town for an event at the Greenbrier. Plus there is a restaurant basically on site which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms were in very nice condition and it felt like a little home away from home!
− The first room we were in had ductless mini-split air handlers & the room was on the colder side because it hadn't had ample time to heat up and it was FREEZING outside. The manager quickly offered to assist and when the issue couldn't be immediately resolved, she was very quick to offer to move us to another room and was not rude or at all unpleasant about it. That was definitely a breath of fresh air whereas most places nowadays you'd have to beg to be moved elsewhere and deal with someone who has an attitude toward you for making that kind of request.

8.0Cute town. Creek running behind the Inn with a nice area to walk our dogs. Our room was very big, decorated nicely and the bed was so comfortable I had a hard time waking up!
