Eine tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage mit einem schönen, großen Balkon.
10.0Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung und Terrasse schön und groß.
− Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist durch den Stützbalken sehr eng. Mit einem SUV wird das Einparken zur Herausforderung. Die Wohnung war soweit sauber, jedoch war der Boden nicht gewischt, was nicht sein dürfte, da jeder für die Endreinigung einen ordentlichen Betrag zahlt.

9.0Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist riesig. Es ist also viel Platz zum Entspannen. Es sind ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist trotz vielen Wohnungen sehr ruhig. Wir haben U s seht wohlgefühlt 😊
− Prinzipiell war alles sehr sauber. Aber der Boxer gehört sich dringend gewischt. Einmal durchlaufen und man hat schwarze Füße. Das kann man auf jeden Fall besser machen.
