4.0Front desk guy was not friendly. Carpet squares in room are turning up around edges - trip hazard. Previous occupant pubic hair on floor in bathroom. Shower head had extremely low pressure and every other jet was clogged. Don’t eat “continental breakfast” because it was sketchy. Only positive thing I can say is that the best was comfy
