A Comfortable Stay, Done Right
10.0Five days, four nights. We made full use of everything—the shuttle to Terminal 21, the washing machine, dryer, and the kitchen. Tony, the shuttle driver, was especially kind and helpful. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay comfortable and easy.

10.0Somerset is truly a wonderful hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, making my stay extremely comfortable. All of the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and they provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Thank you, Cheep and Toni! The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around, yet surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise at all, which made it even more enjoyable. I also loved the restaurant next door, Local, a Michelin-listed restaurant. The food was excellent and quickly became one of my personal favorites. Whenever I return to Bangkok, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

10.0Good room size and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Staff Toni is very helpful and provide good recommendations on place of interest. Hotel is also provide free shuttle service to nearby BTS, near Terminal 21.
