8.0Lovely heated pool, which we had to ourselves for most of the stay. Close to Aberystwyth (though not really walkable) with scenic countryside views. The property was spacious with two comfortable bedrooms and en suites, so plenty of room for our small family.
− The conservatory and kitchen/living room area were extremely hot, it cooled down a little after we opened windows/doors and closed curtains, but we then had lots of wasps coming in, so it would have been difficult to stay here during the peak of the heatwave.
Fantastic location short drive to town centre. Lovely and quiet - no road noise at all! Really well equipped!

− I think it would be even better if the individual property had its own washing machine as the communal one was always busy and you needed x4 £1 coins to operate it.
This is the 4th time we have stayed here . We will be back.
