10.0Initially the check in experience was horrible, my family was out front on the porch for nearly an hour calling every number listed! Booking.com was zero help and no one answered the phone for the property! Upon sending emails to all emails listed on file a lady called us back from the property’ she was a complete doll!!!! We were verified and let in without further incident. My advice is to book direct-

10.0Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Virginia Beach and had a fantastic stay at 408A The Boardwalk. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our group of three adults, two teens, and a toddler. The ample space was perfect for our family, and the full kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare meals at our convenience. We were particularly impressed with the outstanding customer service. When we encountered a minor issue with a door, Tom from the maintenance team responded promptly and efficiently, resolving the problem before we returned from dinner. His excellent service exceeded our expectations. Our teenage daughter, who is notoriously difficult to please, gave the property a perfect 10/10 rating, which speaks volumes about her enjoyment.
− The only downside to our stay was the occasional noise from the street, with motorcycles and cars revving their engines late at night. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow our overall positive experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property to other families and would definitely return for future vacations in Virginia Beach. Thank you for a memorable stay!
