− * Aucune insonorisation : on entend absolument tout (portes, couloirs, chambres voisines, allées et venues tardives), ce qui rend le sommeil difficile * Hôtel petit (peu de chambres, seulement deux étages) → beaucoup de passage et donc encore plus de bruit ce qui est très très dérangeant * Petit-déjeuner très limité : un seul choix proposé contrairement à ce qui nous a laissé croire sur l’annonce * Problème de transparence : un plat commandé qui a été remplacé par une version plus chère sans information préalable, puis facturé plus cher sans laisser le choix !!!!! * Bouteilles d’eau censées être fournies quotidiennement mais absentes → obligation d’aller les réclamer * Ménage non effectué * Douche peu pratique avec un système compliqué (eau difficile à régler : trop chaude ou froide) * Porte de la salle de bain mal conçue, laissant voir à travers → manque d’intimité

10.0We had low expectations because it is such a small property, but we loved our stay and everything about the hotel. 10/10 would recommend, especially for young travellers/couples, since there is no elevator. Also, great massage spots in the same lane!
