3.0Close to the rail station and beach.
− The building is old and to meet the standards it is in need of big refurbishment, carpets are dirty, we spent 3 nights and there was no cleaner, no new coffee or tea left, no clean towels. Because of the pub downstairs the music was loud in the evening.
It hurts me every time I look at how much this place cost me!

− Cleanliness, uncomfortable and dirty beds, full litter bin in room on arrival. Loud music starting at 11pm. Smoke wafting into room. Damage in room eg holes in walls. Shower dirty. Toilets grubby. Carpets filthy. Kettle grubby. Staff uninterested. Terrible communication before and during stay.
