2.0Dejaron el aire puesto, que estaba mal, y nosotros no pusimos en ningún momento e inundaron la habitación y el equipaje se mojó todo. Nunca se hicieron cargo de lo sucedido, nada más dijeron que presentáramos la reclamación por expedía. A día de hoy, no he tenido respuesta por su parte por la reclamación
