10.0A bit dated, but great location and super friendly staff. Rooms are good sized, WiFi works well and the shower is solid.

6.0Being just few steps to Flora Mall and Serin Mall is very convenient. Staff were polite. Didn't like the floor being sticky and felt not clean walking barefoot (no hotel slippers provided). Dining room was cozy but small, hence no room for buffet breakfast.
