8.0Stairs and passage ways excellent. Room ok clean and tidy, bathroom clean but shower works ok...but couldn’t get water to run in bath. Sink ok but stiff tap. Dining/kitchen room well equipped opposite office. Would stay again. Limited parking...good location.
