9.0Понравится тем, кто любит историю и хочет погрузиться в атмосферу старого Стамбула. Не удивляйтесь большому количеству туристов под окнами вечно фотографирующимися на фоне этих особняков.
− Единственный минус! Завтраки проходят в двух разных локациях, до которых нужно пройтись и маленькое помещение на европейском формате не всегда может вместить всех гостей, поэтому приходилось вставать раньше, чтобы поесть. Так же на завтраках не слишком расторопный персонал. Тарелки со столов долго не убирали, путали заказы или вовсе про них забывали. Еще не очень понравилось, но это видимо особенность Стамбула, в других отелях Турции этого не замечала, что персонал сидит без дела в дворике отеля, где ресепшен, пьет кофе и болтает, тогда как гости ждут, когда к ним подойдут. Прям очень несолидно как-то

− A very well polished lie, that's what this hotel is. The exterior is beautiful but inside you will be met with very unprepared staff, closed amenities - to no warning or explanation whatsoever - very basic maintenance issue such as linens with holes and bed frames about to fall apart, and to top it off an extremely arrogant and rude management. Honestly, save yourself the headache and book the 4 seasons instead. If you're looking for a real luxury experience that's the only place you'll get it.
