10.0Nice place to stay near Brighton beach we stayed in room 5. Room was over and above what we expected would definitely stay there again Clean and tidy room tv and WiFi available. Tea and coffee facilities Small fridge in the room with wine glasses so u could have a drink while you are getting ready to go out. Bathroom very clean. Good communication regarding the house keeping Enjoy the overnight stay no issues or problems

5.0Fairly quiet area and building
− There was no one on site, so I had to call the line regarding any issues, and the lady was not polite or very helpful. No response in any other form of communication, as telephone call is really the only way. The cleaners did not empty the bin in the bathroom from previous guests, which means cleaning and checks are questionable.
Avoid room 5 at all costs

− My room (5) was nowhere near a 4-star experience. It was so awful, I didn’t even want to take a photo. The cheap metal frame bed and the incredibly run down condition was a shock. I’ve honestly never stayed in such an underwhelming room before.
