An ugly experience
2.0An ugly experience. At the reception we got an unusual unsmiling (un)welcome. Then, among the 100 or so rooms of this huge hotel, we were given the closest room to the reception desk, a mere 10 meters away from it. We immediately realized that we would have gone through the ugly experience of living a night shift at the reception desk. In fact, we could hear people talking at reception and telephone calls to the reception till very late. As the room was at ground floor, with windows on parking lot, we had to have curtains closed: therefore we were buried into the room with no view and plenty of noise from cars and people. Last but not least, the room interiors quality was much poorer than the one in the picture on the website page where we chose and booked the room. Likely restaurant's food was good, staff was nice, view was beautiful and prices were fair. But the stopover was already ruined by the ugly atmosphere and the shame of the room previously described.
