10.0I was not sure what to expect. It was a last minute booking and the key criteria was proximity to a conference location. From entering the door and being greeted by a really friendly staff member to a clean, well appointed rooom with an excellent bed and a great shower, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Perfect for my needs
Great warm hotel, well positioned and cosy.
9.0Positioning was great. The hotel is nice and warm. Laundry services are good and easy to use.
− You need to be sharing a room with someone you really know well enough to go to the toilet in front of as the toilet is right there next to your bed… Glass doors so all noises are heard… We found it very awkward. No parking for when you hire a car. Paid parking all around so you have to park up the hill streets away so you don’t get booked.
