Smelly hell
4.0− My “deluxe” room was so smelly that I couldn’t even wash my teeth in the toilet without vomiting, so I had to do it in the garden, and sleep with this smell. Even my belongings were smelly when I left. I kept complaining for 5 days without any reaction, the manager kept telling me everyday that they would change my room without anything happening. The rest is the staff was nice, helpful and smily. I had to ask three days in a row to clean my room, but not happening either, even having to ask to replace my toilet paper… and sooo expensive… I expect a lot more for this price.
