The rooms are quiet and location quite good as its close to amentities in the town.

− When lots of guests arrive the noise of parking cars can be annoying, also the staff are not always very happy or communicative, which makes a guest feel uncomfortable. I strongly suggest that they receive training on how to present themselves to guests in a more professional and courteous way as they appear to be very good and uninterested in their guests. I know they won't like this, but being honest helps to bring awareness, and hopefully they can improve themselves, many guests told me as they were leaving that the service felt cold and that they wouldn't come back, so the hotel does need to train their employees if they want to have repeat business.

Quiet restful hotel and since I’ve been here several weeks I know the staff and they are helpful which makes it nice.

Staff are very helpful and breakfast is fresh and tasty. Location is great and convenient stores within 20 metres so thats useful for snacks drinks etc

The location was perfect only a short walk to all the town amenities plus quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the receptionist also spoke some English so all in all they did a good job as a team , breakfast was also very nice and enjoyable which was nice.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot. You can walk to many important places like Arco de Santa Catalina, Iglesia de la Merced, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. The staff was very kind, and the hotel gives you keys to access at any time, it feels that you do not depend on anybody. The room was big, comfortable.

− Breakfast was the same every day, which is not bad, but you could offer some variety on it. At the end of the stay there were some tiny ants on one of the beds.

− muy pequeño, no tenia closet ni donde colgar ropa, no servía la lampara de mesa, paredes sucias, tienes que pedir la limpieza si no, no la hacen

− No tienen un buen WiFi la señal del Internet del celular no se recibe bien. y el cable marítimo. no había señal.
