− Communicating with the property/ host and stay/ booking.com inconsistent when trying to confirm that we had managed to book the extra night (19th)which was offered at a discount. Then price went down for the additional day, then back up again. Broken tap in bathroom. No telescope ( there was one in the picture, so disappointed about that) Only one front door key, so dependent on the key cupboard. We all ended up with bruised hips and shins due to corners on hlass tables. Table corners provided but with instructions to not take the sticky tapes off to use them, which we ended up having to do because had so many bruises.

We had a very relaxing stay
9.0− There was a few flys in the property when we arrived so bought some fly spray and it sorted the problem! Maybe you should leave some for other guests to use

− The dust everywhere when we were charged £90 for cleaning! Shower is dangerous as no slip mat & husband slipped over! Missing lampshade on bear light & kept sending messages saying we'd be charged for any damage or breakages when they had not left the property in good state. No sockets near mirrors to dry hair etc Have to put on floor!
