10.0Great little hotel. Very clean and well taken care of. Right by the ocean, and walkable to the ferry and train terminal and to pubs in downtown Galway. The owner/host, Phil, was very friendly and outgoing. I recommend this place!

6.0It was necessary for me to go downstairs to ask assistance with getting hot water for a shower. Even when the proprietor came up, the water ran and ran and ran before becoming just about tepid. Not a comfortable shower at all. My room was at the top of the house accessed by a very narrow stairway behind a fire door. There was a very frightening person digging through the trash outside, screaming obscenities.

10.0Loved our stay here. The location is close enough that you can walk from the train but our hosts also provided a drop off at the ferry for us. Our room is lovely and clean. Everything we needed.
