Hotel.com отвратительный сайт
10.0В отеле очень вежливые отзывчивый персонал, но к сожалению в номер мы так и не попали.Забронировала и оплатила отель через сайт Hotels. com(на сайте все номера были свободны) , приехали в отель, а там бронь была закрыта ещё утром того дня и нас в списке не было. Администратор разрешила зарядить телефон, чтобы мы ей показали, нашу бронь, позвонила начальству, нам обещали разобраться в ситуации. Так, что особо судить про отель не могу, но персонал нам понравился, а вот сайт оставил только негативное воспоминания
