10.0Un super séjour de 2 nuits, une suite familiale impeccable, le jardin magnifique ( rosiers en pleine floraison), une piscine au sel nickel, petits déjeuners copieux avec confitures maisons et une délicate attention pour l'anniversaire de mon mari. Plein de lieux à découvrir à proximité. Un très bon accueil de nos hôtes, on reviendra avec grand plaisir.

10.0The Ultimate Bed & Breakfast in the Vendée Region! Hosts Gwen and Philippe are the Queen & King of B&B’s in this beautiful region of France. From the moment we arrived, Gwen and Philippe took great care to ensure we had such an enjoyable vacation. We stayed for one week in “La Suite Parentale” which is in the main house. A stunning master room with a separate room with two single beds is ideal for a family of 3 or 4. The room also comes with access to a poolside kitchen that we truly enjoyed in the evening. Every morning, Gwen prepared an incredible breakfast spread, complete with freshly baked croissants, fruit, charcuterie, cereal, and always surprised us with an additional treat (i.e. pancakes with real Canadian maple syrup was such a nice surprise). Philippe took such great care of the pool and grounds and always entertained us with fun anecdotes. Gwen provided excellent recommendations for local attractions & restaurants and took the time to make reservations for us. The B&B is centrally located with easy access to La Rochelle (40 minute drive) and a 10 minute drive to beautiful, country villages including Fontenay-le-Comte, Maillezais and Vouvant. If you want a place to call home with warm hospitality, look no further than "le Clos de la Vigne". Merci beaucoup Gwen and Philippe!
