− Both- but for people with some mobility issues it’s on the fourth floor- there is a lift but a few stairs up to the lift

10.0La ubicación es excelente, a 3 minutos del metro y a 15 de la entrada principal del Vaticano, una zona segura, llena de comercios y servicios. El apartamento super limpio, con aire acondicionado, decorado con muy buen gusto, además de ascensor. La anfitriona siempre disponible y gentil. En el área común tienen una cafetera profesional para el uso de los huéspedes y pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y con toda seguridad este será nuestro hospedaje la próxima vez en la eterna Roma.

10.0Molto comoda la posizione, a due passi dalla Basilica di San Pietro e dalla fermata della metro A, con cui ci si muove velocemente. Situata in una zona molto viva e ricca di negozi, la stanza è comunque molto silenziosa. Noi viaggiavamo in quattro e abbiamo avuto una camera doppia, molto ampia e con tutti i comfort. Molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria, che ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check in e per il pomeriggio dopo il check out. Tutto perfetto!!!

10.0Consiglio questa struttura sia per la posizione che per la gentilezza della Signora. C'è stato un piccolo problema in camera ma subito lei è intervenuta risolvendo, e per scusarsi ci ha regalato una meravigliosa candela profumata, facendola trovare sul letto. Ci ritornerò di sicuro perché è stata un esperienza meravigliosa.
