4.0− No hot water connection. Breakfast was also quite meager as by 9AM itself most of the food was over.
The staff behaviour was terrible, unhelpful and failed to provide available facilities.
2.0The location
− There was no refrigerator. The hotel room had an AC and a TV, but the remote control lacked batteries; when I mentioned this, someone brought a remote from another room and turned on the AC. Later in the night, I couldn't turn the AC off when I started feeling cold. Since my return train was at 5:20 AM, I had to leave the hotel by 4:30 AM; although we had our food bill prepared at 7:30 PM the previous evening after ordering dinner, the staff member only came to collect the payment at 11:30 PM.

− Staff just entered my room for cleaning services even if I was not in my room. After complaining it happened for 2nd time.

4.0People were polite there. Location was nice
− No such clean rooms were there as in photo i mean it was very old and dull building. The washroom toilet commode was cemented and swinging one side. The walla and tv placing area. Sheets were dirty.
