7.0O quarto bem espaçoso e a pousada em si é bonita, tem uma vibe bem calma e os funcionários atenciosos.
− Eles não avisaram que a jacuzzi tava ruim sendo que eles já sabiam 4 dias antes, acho que eles deveriam avisar os hóspedes antes. Só me avisou depois que fiz check in. Achei o café da manhã com pouquíssimas variedades. Não sei se foi por ser segunda, mas foi bem fraco. Acho que poderia ter atividades no hotel.. uma sala de jogos, uma academia com aparelhos..
O café da manhã tinha poucas opções, foi durante a semana.

− Banheiro. Pia entupida. Toalha de banho precisa ser trocada. O ar condicionado do quarto 10 pingava demais, a equipe de manutenção resolveu o problema. Eu solicitei toalhas de rosto e piso (pois as que me foram fornecidas, precisei usar para conter o vazamento do ar) e a governança nao providenciou. Quando voltei ao hotel (1:00 manhã) precisei ir buscar pessoalmente as toalhas com a recepção (q foi de ótimo atendimento)

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
