2.0I stayed at the hotel for two night. The first night, the room next to me had a case of extreme domestic violence. Shouting, smashing glasses, crying historically and the sounds of multiple physical assaults. I reported it to the hotel and they didnt do anything. Upon checking out, the front desk told me my bed sheets were dirty and needed to be cleaned. They charged me 250 peso to clean a bed sheet. That was my experience.
