10.0Loistava sijainti aivan Nevsky Prospektin kulmalla. Lyhyt matka kaikkialle. Huoneisto erinomaisessa kunnossa ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Omistaja tiedusteli lisäksi vierailun aikana muutaman kerran että kaikki varmasti on kunnossa.
