It's a big, spacious house with a nice garden to relax. Short drive to both Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay beaches and you can even walk to Shoal Bay beach (about 15 min walk).

− The red couch in the living area needs to be replaced. It's a shame to have that old sofa there when the rest of the furniture in the house is quite nice overall. There was no gas when we arrived, and it was challenging to understand why, as we don't have gas tanks in Canberra that need to be swapped. Imagine someone renting this house from overseas via Booking! I strongly recommend providing clearer instructions about the gas, even though it might sound trivial to you.

− I tried multiple times to fill out the online registration form with ALL MY CORRECT DETAILS, but it said they were not correct. I also tried multiple times to call the local managing business, but it only went to an international call centre that repeatedly had no idea how to help. The call centre kept telling me to call the managing business who were the CALL CENTRE!! The day prior to arrival someone finally called me from the local managing business to tell me to get the keys from them. Not a convenient way to obtain them. The outdoor tiled deck and balcony was filthy. Neither bathroom had a face washer. For goodness' sake how expensive or difficult is it to supply a small square of toweling with each bath towel. The grass yard was littered with cigarette butts. The hand wash in the bathrooms was empty, and each bathroom had half used toilet rolls (acceptable) but no spare. For a house that was capable of sleeping 9 people that was laughable. When I complained they said they took photos of the spares in the bathrooms but that was a blatant lie. And in my personal opinion a kitchen should always come with a roll of paper kitchen towel. The drying up towels (tea towel) became grubby in no time. For a vacation stay at that price (any price really) these complaints should never happen. This is not the fault of the homeowners but the cleaners/maintenance people. Also, the garbage bins for refuse (outside the property) were infested with maggots! I'm outraged that prices go up and up, but services become less and less. It's an insult.

Nice big, clean house. Good-sized rooms and entertaining areas. Very short drive to Shoal Bay beach. Comfortable beds. Good size kitchen with everything needed. Linen and bath towels provided. 3 toilets, 2 showers, 1 bath tub. Dishwashing and laundry detergeant provided. House had a baby high chair.

− 1. The entertaining area had a very old, saggy red couch that needs to be replaced. 2. The washing machine is not operating properly; it needs a service or replacement as it doesn't get enough water.

Loved it!! Will be back again and again.

Perfect, spacious and modern. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Close to the Marina. Highly recommended for large family.

− Outdated, worn down furniture like couch,single bed missing screw, same room side table with chips and broken pieces.

Huge house, perfect for our weekend getaway.

− Hard to fault really, maybe some of the furniture is getting a bit dated but really well equipped overall. Windows didnt really block out street noise either
