− the personal on the front desk is not helpful at all. The lines waiting for the elevator can take a really, really long time! Not only going up, going down too. You rather be in a lower floor.

10.0Localização, simpatia e cordialidade dos funcionários, tamanho do quarto. Não tivemos problema com o elevador, o que é muito comum em outros hotéis da mesma categoria. Me hospedaria lá novamente com certeza.
− O café da manhã poderia variar um pouco mais, mas cumpre muito bem a função. E poderia ter mais armários no quarto.

9.0- nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a Penn Station közelében kb 6-8 perc gyalog, onnan pedig végtelen vonat és metró lehetőség - gyönyörű kilátás a szobából - kedves személyzet - kényelmes ágy, két főre tökéletes szoba
− Tényleg, minden rendben volt, egyedül a reggeli lehet pici negatívum, mert zöldség és gyümölcs választék nem igazan van, és minden nap ugyanaz a menü, így hosszabb tartózkodás esetén unalmas lehet, viszont van meleg étel, pékáruk, kávé & tea
