Ghost in the hotel?
2.0I’m about to travel here in a few days. I’ve been calling and trying to reach the resort and nobody answers! I half expect to roll up and find it haunted by ghosts… can anyone tell me if they have bbq pits to use and if so where? Can anyone help me make a spa reservation? Lol. It’s funny how the reservation is online and no one is at the hotel. Maybe hotels are the new Airbnb? Do I have to bring my own toilet paper? Or my own water? Plus, the smoke due to fires is building up. What’s the air quality like there right now? Hmmm
Good experience
10.0It was a good experience, my family enjoyed our stay and we love the pools. However, the keurig coffee maker is dirty, we did not use it. The oven is not working properly.
Excellent resort!
10.0Amazing resort! Comfortable beds and super clean. We ate at the Bearspaw lbar and grille 3 nights in a row because the food and service were super fantastic!!!! We'll definitely be back😁
It was good with my family. I wouldn’t go back again tho.
7.0Nature around was amazing, the restaurants were great too.
− It needs some renovations or upgrades in the rooms. Very old and not well cared enough.
Guest review
7.0The food was fantastic, the air conditioning was a life saver, and of course the pools were top notch.
− The beds were quite uncomfortable and the room was very outdated for the price paid.
Overpriced and Outdated!
2.0We were completely disappointed with this run down resort. The outrageous price for an average room was the 1st let down. The balconies were small, old uncomfortable chairs, no umbrella, no dividers between the suites, that are very close. Our view was the patio for the pub, not the pool as advertised. The pools are average nothing special and crowded. The walls are thin we could hear the conversations next door. The ice machine kept us up most of the night making loud noises. Then woken in the morning with a screaming baby next door. No entertainment on site. 1 restaurant only opened at breakfast closed at dinner? The pub was open. There is not much around either a store and restaurant down by the highway . We should have went to Radium instead. A whole town with great scenery and things to do. More choices etc. Overall, we did NOT like our stay!
The health and well-being of our guests, visitors and team is our highest priority.
