− L'absence totale de personnel à l'accueil et durant tout notre séjour dans l'hotel. Nous étions seuls sans aucun responsable durant la nuit. Que se serait-il passé si un problème était survenu. Il n'y avait pas de chauffage alors qu'on était proche de 0 degré à l'extérieur la nuit. l'immeuble était glacial.
