− Dear Customer Support, I am writing to report a highly disappointing experience with a property booked through your platform. The hotel did not match the description and images shown on your website. The room provided to me was significantly different from what was advertised. Specifically, the double bed size was approximately 120 cm x 200 cm, which is not consistent with standard expectations or the listing details. When I raised this issue with the hotel staff, I was told that no alternative rooms were available. However, shortly afterward, I observed that a nearby room was unoccupied and appeared to match the quality and size shown in the listing. Additionally, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bed linens, pillows, and duvet were in poor condition and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I also found empty liquor bottles in the cupboard and broken telephone equipment in the room, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance. This experience was far below acceptable standards and does not reflect the quality promised on your platform. I have attached photos for your reference. I request that this issue be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I would also like to request compensation or a refund for this unsatisfactory stay. − We stayed in this hotel last night with family and had a terrible experience. The room was very poorly cleaned, service was worst, and it was a complete waste of money. Totally dissatisfied. Would not recommend this place.

The only positive thing is that the location has nearby shops and food courts.

− I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The reception area was full of cigarette smoke smell, and even the way to my room had a very bad odor. The room itself was not clean, and the bed and pillows were of very poor quality. I’ve never had such a terrible experience before. The most disturbing part was that every 1–2 hours, someone kept knocking on my door, which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and not cooperative at all. I even had to wait more than 30 minutes just to get my room. Overall, I am totally upset with the hotel, the room, and the staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
