The living area, bathroom, and bedroom were spacious and matched the description provided in the listing.

− The dining table was unstable, and the kitchen faucet was loose and wobbly. The apartment’s windows face the parking lot, but there were no functional blinds or curtains for privacy or to block the sunlight, except in the bathroom. The apartment was not ready by the advertised 4:00 p.m. check-in time. The office staff claimed they expected us at 5:00 p.m. Even if there was a misunderstanding, the way it was handled was unacceptable. We were told we could not wait in the office because the table and chairs were “for customers.” I responded, “What am I, if not a customer?” The staff member was rude and disrespectful and asked us to leave, telling us to wait at the café across the street instead. (It might be the level of their English level) The only positive part of the experience was that they allowed us to leave our luggage in the office while we waited. Overall, neither the service nor the apartment justified the $250 per night price. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
