I stayed at this hotel from 26–27 June 2026, and I was extremely disappointed with the overall service. * The hotel experienced a power outage for almost the entire day, yet there was no prior notice or communication to guests. While I understand that power outages can happen, the way the situation was handled was highly unprofessional. * The hotel had no backup generator. At the very least, there should have been enough emergency power to operate the elevator or provide basic support for guests. * During the outage, the elevator was completely out of service, and the hotel offered no assistance or alternative arrangements. * My room was on the third floor. At check-out, I had to carry 2–3 heavy suitcases down the stairs by myself. A staff member was standing right outside my room, saw me struggling, and made no effort to help. * The rental motorbike was handed over with only one bar of fuel. I refilled it to four bars and only rode a short distance. When I returned it, there were still at least three bars left, yet I was told the hotel had added fuel worth 30,000 VND. That was both confusing and disappointing. * The hotel has been recently renovated, so the room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the service quality and customer care were far below expectations. A hotel can face unexpected problems, but what truly matters is how those problems are handled. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

The room rate is not worth with all the facilities problems.

We upgrade to a family double room , higher rate for a better view with balcony. The staffs are very friendly and get everything fixed whenever we have problems.

− Room facilities needed to be improved a lot. Lights was burnt out, reading lamp was not working, water leaking under the sink make stains and slippery floor. Door lock was very old style with key. The wind blow not to strong but shaking the door and making noise, too.
