4.0The property is in very poor condition. The washer and dryer do not work, there is a hole in the ceiling that they used foam to try to patch it. Well it rained the whole time we were there for a funeral and water was all over the bedroom floor. I almost slipped on the tiles going to the bathroom it was so much water. I tried to call the number listed in the email and there wasn’t ever an answer. The apartment is hot as the only air conditioning unit is in the bedroom and would only work on low. The hot water was never hot, Luke warm at best. The owner needs to fix broken things this little place has so much potential!

10.0It was really nice, they were very helpful since we were going to miss check in time because we were struggling to get our rental. And they were able to get us in. The place was clean and even smelled clean.

4.0When we got to the property noticed there was no light in the bathroom. I contacted the owner and this person said, “there was light before you got there”. We had to use our cell phone light to go to the bathroom. Then I asked for Wi-Fi name and the person went mute. Very poor service and communication.
