No permiten comer en la habitación y la comida en el restaurante es mala y es cara No tienen comunicación con Expedia en cuanto a los cobros que se hacen por medio de la aplicación, falta de capacitación al personal de recepción. Me querían cobrar dos veces por falta de conocimiento.

We looked at the outside and were worried. In a poor neighborhood. So we looked at the rooms. Terrible! Run down, bugs, not a place we wanted to stay. We left and found a different hotel. Expedia should not have it on the website!
