10.0We had an excellent customer experience from everyone at the hotel (especially Ms. Wendy at the reception). The hotel is amazing, clean, located in a stunning location. Food quality is high. This is a very luxurious hotel, really worth visiting. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Very interesting hotel
8.0We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again.

10.0Location was completely wrong indicated at the Expedia page. Outside of town in a forest area. You need a taxi as no bus line is available near the hotel.

10.0Very nice hotel in the mountains with a good view. The hotel was decorated very nice for Christmas. The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food).
Good to know
The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
Pool access available from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
