10.0Apartment was super clean, quiet and comfortable. Each of the rooms having its own en-suite bathroom and AC. Kitchen had everything required. Gian Franconia’s very friendly and attentive, he provided us with very useful information about nearby restaurants and everything that we needed. He also brought us a thoughtful welcome gift of delicious little cakes and bottles of wine. Thank you for having us!

10.0Tutto!! Casa bellissima, pulitissima, non ci mancava niente! Siamo state accolte in maniera eccellente! Il proprietario è davvero top! 👍Non potevamo sperare di meglio! Tutto oltre le nostre aspettative, perfino il parcheggio gratuito e comodo sotto casa!Tutti gli anni andiamo in Sardegna ma non ci siamo mai trovate così bene come a questo giro! Il proprietario è sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno, anche solo per avere consigli su spiagge, ristoranti ecc..veramente super soddisfatte!! Grazie Gianfranco..hai reso il nostro soggiorno supersonico! Ricorderemo te, la vacanza e la bellissima casa per sempre!😁🥰 location e host super consigliato!😉.

10.0Il signor Gianfranco ci ha fatto sentire a casa, offrendoci la massima disponibilità e tutto il supporto di cui avevamo bisogno. Posso veramente solo dire che è stata una delle migliori vacanze mai fatte. Concludo dicendo che ho dovuto mettere 10, ma se fosse stato possibile mettere 20, gli avrei dato 30!! Tanti e soli complimenti a Gianfranco e alla sua struttura
− Tutto perfetto, non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Sfido chiunque a trovare difetti in una struttura così ben organizzata, comoda e con un proprietario così gentile. Chi ha lascito meno di 10 io davvero non lo capisco

10.0Apartamento muy bien equipado. Tiene 3 dormitorios con baño en cada uno de ellos. Todo nuevo.El anfitrión Gian Franco, da la bienvenida con sorpresa en la nevera. Lo recomendamos 100×100!!!

Excellent accommodations with a very nice host.
10.0Apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Gian Franco is a very gracious and accommodating host. It was fairly easy to drive to the various points of interest around Cagliari from the apartment.
− This wasn’t an issue for us, but there isn’t much within walking distance, such as restaurants.
