10.0The team are fab! Everyone says hello whether see you, including maintenance and cleaning staff! They really do treat you as an individual!! And finally a US hotel that uses full size fluffy bath towels!! Well Done!

− Obviously the problem with the door locks is a nuisance, although well managed by the team!

− The only issues where technology related: 1) Door cards were not working through the building; and 2) The wrong instructions were provided for logging into WiFi. Other than that, it was great!
