Great stay, kind staff, excellent location
10.0We have stayed at Staypineapple for multiple times already and this week it was a great stay as well. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds sleep amazingly well! Quiet rooms too!! The location is easy to reach. Only 2 blocks from Penn station and close to the iconic Madison Square Garden. Times Square is easy to reach on foot, but the hotel still is in a bit more quiet part of the street. With the subway nearby you can easily reach all the tourist attractions. Good food is also in the neighborhood. We usual travel with other friends and book the fashionista connecting rooms. The rooms themselves aren’t the biggest in the hotel, but the best price for 2 separate rooms in the city. Our favorite place to stay in NYC!!!
The staff is friendly, but the rooms are tiny and dark. Not a pleasant hotel.

− The rooms are tiny and dark. Overall, it felt pretty unpleasant to stay there. The area around the hotel is chaotic, noisy, and dirty. Even within midtown, there are quieter and more pleasant neighborhoods. Also, we were not able to check in until 15 mins past the check-in time (which was 4pm!),

10.0Great value, super central, right next to Times Square, yet so quiet! Everything was cleaned daily and the bed and sheets were super comfortable. The room is spacious.
