8.0For breakfast we were provided by the host with a coupon to redeem at a nearby establishment where we could get a coffee and a croissant. The location is excellent for cruise passengers, as it is only a 5 minute walk to the free shuttle.
− The host should provide bottled water in the room, as the tap water in Civitavecchia is not drinkable. The entrance is a flight of stairs that leads to a small elevator that barely accommodated the 2 of us with our luggage.

Fabulous place to stay before a cruise
10.0The room was spotlessly clean and the view was amazing. The location on the waterfront and near the port was excellent. The cafe where you had breakfast was also very good. Flavia was an excellent host.
− Nothing to dislike. Everything was great.
Perfect is you need a comfortable base ahead of your cruise.
10.0Perfect location for Old Town , restaurants , sea front and most importantly for us the Cruise ship shuttle bus. The property was spotlessly clean , very comfortable and Flavia was a wonderful host with excellent communication throughout.

10.0Прекрасные аппартаменты! Очень услужливая и добрая (и очень красивая!) хозяйка! В номере в ванной у меня были даже патчи для глаз и сыворотка для лица! Я восхищена условиями проживания и видом из окна на бескрайнее море! Пожалела, что на обратном пути после круиза была оплачена бронь в Риме - так бы осталась здесь
