The place is amazing the rooms were beautiful but breakfast and the fact that i had a cold shower

There was no juice offered and i dont drink tea or coffee

− That my shower was could for two days and I got no assistance at the time that i requested

Arbour 1 Guesthouse offers a well-appointed and thoughtfully maintained environment, set within a beautifully kept garden that immediately creates a sense of calm. The room was comfortable and well prepared, and the overall stay felt considered and easy. What stood out most was the level of care from the team. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to assist wherever possible, adding a personal touch that elevates the experience. A highly recommendable option for those looking for a relaxed and well-managed guesthouse stay

Reception / cleaning lady was fantastic - friendly and hospitable. The guest house overall is tidy.

− Room is noisy (a lot of traffic noise throughout the night because it is on a busy road). There is a ceiling fan but no air conditioning, so the room becomes quite hot. Opening the windows invites a lot of mosquitos, and worsens the road noise, which makes sleeping more difficult. Even if the booking is for two, only one set of towels is provided.
