− Housekeeping or management could provide new fresh towels to guests staying in hostel more than 5 days.

Close to the centre and all attractions. Clean rooms.

− Broken door locker to the main door for one night so basically anyone from the street could enter the building. There is a big noise during the night as the hostel is located in an area where bars are open till late night hours. And there is no AC in the bathroom so if you finish your shower you are all in sweat again. Also I had bed sheets with stains which I reported.

We really enjoyed our stay overall.

− It can be very loud at night with bars nearby but ear plugs help.

Nothing from the reservation to the end of the stay

− cold not appreciate anything as I have been mislead, spied, followed. Room that occurred not to be room had "doubled bed" which was like 80/90cm wide - maybe this is standard i Singapore but it should be clear info so at least we s=could not what we are booking. Someone has accused us for eating in the "room" when we tried to be eco and gather the recycled items to put it to the bin. In first place it was said there is no room service so why someone spied and search in our "room". This is the story below: Hello, First of all, to respond to your message, we really do not feel comfortable knowing that you entered our room. In order to notice the food packaging inside, you necessarily had to open the curtains. I genuinely do not understand why you did this, especially since it is not as you are cleaning the rooms during the stay of your customers. For all you knew, one of us could have been sleeping in the room. We feel extremely uncomfortable knowing that someone is going around entering rooms and opening curtains without any way for guests to know or prevent it. It is not as though we can simply leave a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, so there was absolutely no way for you to know whether we were inside without opening the curtains. Imagine if we had actually been in the room, in a vulnerable situation, or wearing revealing pajamas. As two girls travelling alone, we find this to be a genuine privacy, comfort and safety issue. It is not acceptable to enter someone’s private space and open their curtains without knowing whether they are inside. I was also extremely disappointed that you threw away the “drink bottle.” If you had simply asked us instead of assuming it was trash, or a sweet beverage, you would have known that I was using that bottle to drink water from the sink, as an ecological and economical choice. You threw away my personal belongings without my consent, which then forced me to buy another plastic bottle.

Self check in and access to every tourist place nearby. Common room has a coffee option, you can prep your ready to eat food there. Nice place to stay. Staff is also very helpful, just a text away on WhatsApp.

− Though it's a compact location but if anything could be done to air dry clothes in sunlight, it would be good to have. Else everything is good.
